CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

I've been cutting hair since I was 15 years old. From the moment I picked up my first pair of clippers, I knew I had found my passion. After studying marketing and finance at Concordia University Wisconsin, I took my love for barbering to the next level by completing an apprenticeship at MATC. Most recently, I managed at Diesel Barbershop in Delafield, where I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful shop. Now, I’m excited to pursue my dream of owning Cuts & Confidence—a place where quality haircuts and exceptional service come together. I want everyone who sits in my chair to leave not only looking great but feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world with confidence. I also value building strong relationships with my clients and the community. Whether you're here for a fresh cut or just a conversation, I'm here to make sure you feel at home.

Otto is a skilled barber specializing in clean fades, sharp tapers, and detailed straight razor work. With 4 years of experience behind the chair, Otto is known for taking his time on every cut and making sure each client leaves feeling confident and heard. A graduate of MATC Barber School, Otto committed to the craft early and never looked back. He prides himself on building quality, long-term relationships with his clients by listening closely and delivering consistent results tailored to each individual’s style.
